MY DAD IS IN THE HOSPITAL RIGHT NOW, FIGHTING AN INFECTIOUS DIARRHEA. HIS DOCTOR IS PRETTY SURE THAT DAD HAS PROSTATE CANCER BUT CANNOT DO THE TEST UNTIL THE DIARRHEA IS CURED. ALONG COMES THE NEXT HURDLE... OUR DEAREST FRIEND LINDA HAS CERVICAL CANCER! OMG WHEN WILL IT EVER END? I AM JUST DRAINED AT THIS MOMENT. TRYING TO MAKE SENSE OF ALL OF THIS IS MINDBOGGLING TO SAY THE LEAST.

WE ARE ONE STEP CLOSER TO WHATEVER IS GOING TO HAPPEN NEXT... NOT SURE WHAT THAT WILL BE BUT AT LEAST WE ARE CLOSER!
WHAT I DON'T UNDERSTAND IS THAT HE WAS ENDICTED WITH 1725 COUNTS IN PHILADELPHIA FOR 244 BODIES. IN NEW YORK HE WAS ENDICTED WITH 122 COUNTS FOR OVER A THOUSAND BODIES (ACCORDING TO THIS STORY). WHY THE DIFFERENCE? I DON'T KNOW TOO MUCH ABOUT LAW, COULD SOMEONE EXPLAIN? I KNOW THERE ARE ATTORNEYS AND OTHERS WHO KNOW LAW THAT READ THIS BLOG REGULARLY. I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM SOME OF YOU HOW THIS THING WORKS... YOU DON'T HAVE TO LEAVE A NAME, JUST A COMMENT AND MAYBE THE STATE YOU ARE IN?

March 26 MASTROMARINO PLED GUILTY IN NEW YORKSO MASTROMARINO HAS PLED GUILTY IN THE NEW YORK COURT, CHARGES ARE STILL PENDING IN PENNSYLVANIA.
HE HAS TO PAY $4.6 MILLION TO THE FAMILIES OF THE PEOPLE WHOSE BONES WERE STOLEN. I READ IN ONE ARTICLE THAT HIS WIFE ALSO HAS TO PAY $190,000 BUT I CANNOT CONFIRM THAT, IF ANYONE CAN PLEASE LEAVE A COMMENT TO THAT AFFECT? THE WAY I UNDERSTAND IT IS THAT MASTROMARINO PLEA BARGAINED TO TELL ON EVERYONE ELSE INVOLVED. HE IS SAYING THAT THE OTHER COMPANIES PRESSURED HIM INTO DOING WHAT HE DID. HE WILL GET 18 - 56 YEARS IN PRISON. I AM SURE HE WILL GET CREDIT FOR TIMED SERVED (SINCE HE HAS BEEN IN PRISON SINCE HE WAS ARRESTED). IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW MANY YEARS THAT IS UNTIL HE IS ELEGIBLE FOR PAROLE... PLEASE LEAVE A COMMENT CAUSE EVERYONE WANTS TO KNOW.
